OUR STORY

Founded in 2020, Ukali Fit began as a small community of fitness enthusiasts training together outdoors during challenging times. What started as necessity quickly evolved into a philosophy - fitness should be functional, community-driven, and accessible.

Our founder, with over 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning, wanted to create a space where individuals of all fitness levels could thrive together, pushing each other to new heights while maintaining proper form and technique.

Today, Ukali Fit has grown into a comprehensive training facility offering a range of programs designed to build real-world strength, endurance, and mobility. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, our supportive community, and our results-driven approach.

With over a decade of experience in functional fitness, Forrest leads our gym with passion, energy, and deep knowledge. From weightlifting to cardio to gymnastics, he brings a well- rounded coaching style that keeps every class engaging and effective. Forrest is known for his enthusiastic teaching and his ability to encourage athletes of all levels to push past their limits and reach their goals.

With more than four years of coaching experience, Kiran brings both heart and expertise to every session. Raised in the hills of Nepal, he's passionate about helping Nepalis pursue strength, health, and their God-given potential. Kiran's coaching is rooted in his belief that fitness can be a powerful tool for transformation—both physically and personally.
