CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BASE CAMP
Your starting point for strength, skill, and confidence.
Our two-week onboarding program builds your foundation in functional fitness across ten expertly coached sessions, covering Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and cardio.
Details: 10 sessions over 2 weeks. Pre-registration required.
KIDS CLASSES
Building strong bodies and confident kids—one movement at a time.
Our program grows with your child, nurturing a love for movement, teamwork, and fitness at every stage.
- Ages 4–6: Play-based basics
- Ages 7–10: Foundational fitness
- Ages 11–15: Skill & discipline
WOMEN’S CLASS
Strong. Supportive. Scalable.
A women-only, family-friendly session blending functional movements and dumbbell workouts in a welcoming, encouraging environment.
Schedule: Tue & Thu, 9:30–10:30 AM
REGULAR CLASS
Challenge your limits. Build real strength.
This high-energy, barbell-focused workout blends Olympic lifting, strength training, and serious cardio to push your fitness to the next level.
Focus: Intensity & Progress
GURKHA ACADEMIES
Train with purpose. Build the strength to serve.
A specialized program for students preparing for Gurkha army selection, focused on targeted strength and cardiovascular capacity.
Format: School-based, twice a week
